Abstracts From the Ordinary – What’s Up Saturday

Abstract-2

What’s This?

All these images are of the same subject which is photographed on colored glass used for stained glass making. I have quite a bit of stained glass since doing the craft for years. The stained glass was set on a lightbox, and the subject was shot with a 60mm macro lens at various angles.

Abstract-12

So what could it be? You might even go outside to get one. Or you might have one inside. Can it be art? Check out the other variations, all are so colorful and different. Guess what this is.

abstract-3

Does this not look like the sun having a sun flare?

Abstract-4

Maybe it looks like a slide under a microscope. Lots of bubbles, what can it be?

Abstract-10

I think I like this sunny version and may make a print of it. That should give you a hint.

Abstract-11

This is a fun project to take something everyone knows and look at it or photograph it creatively.

Abstract-1

I wonder if you can guess. I am thinking you just might know.

Abstract-13

Still guessing?

Abstract-5

Your last hint… What’s Up Saturday has kept us in the kitchen lately.

Bubbles

From flower arranging to recipes, now art. Do you have a favorite? What can you think of to photograph in a way others have not seen it? I can think of many things and think it is just plain fun.
